WellAudio ("we", "our", or "us") operates WellAudio Spaces, a professional audio streaming platform for businesses and wellness practitioners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our website and service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and first name, provided when your account is created by our team.
• Application information: business name, contact details, and use case details you submit through our application form.
• Space and session data: the spaces you create and the audio sessions you play, used to deliver the service.
• Device fingerprint: a non-personally-identifiable token generated in your browser, used to identify which device is connected to a space.
• Usage and analytics data: playback events (play, pause, skip, program selection), page interactions, and session activity collected through Amplitude Analytics to improve the platform.

3. Analytics & Session Replay

We use Amplitude to understand how customers use WellAudio Spaces. This includes:

• Event tracking (e.g. track played, paused, skipped, program selected)
• User identification (user ID, email, role, plan) after you log in
• Autocapture of certain UI interactions
• Session Replay — recorded samples of your session to help us diagnose UX issues and improve the product

Amplitude acts as a data processor. Data may be stored on servers in the United States. You may contact us to request information about data collected about your account.

• To provide, maintain, and improve WellAudio Spaces
• To review and respond to access applications
• To authenticate your account and keep your spaces secure
• To respond to support requests
• To enforce our Terms of Service

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on infrastructure compliant with industry-standard security practices. We use row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase, Vercel, Amplitude) and when required by law.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). We use browser local storage for preferences such as player state and UI settings. Analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage data as described above.
