1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WellAudio Spaces ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Access & Accounts

• Accounts are created by WellAudio. You cannot self-register. Access is granted by application approval and administrator provisioning.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with unauthorized users.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Permitted Use

The Service is licensed for use within the business or organization for which your account was provisioned. You may stream audio to your designated spaces for therapeutic, wellness, or ambient purposes consistent with your subscription plan.

4. Prohibited Use

• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of audio content without written consent
• Downloading, recording, or extracting audio by any means
• Playing WellAudio content outside the WellAudio Spaces platform
• Reverse-engineering or circumventing technical protection measures
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Audio Content & IP

All audio content is the exclusive property of WellAudio and Theracoustic, or is licensed to WellAudio for distribution through this platform. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content through the platform only for internal business use.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may occur at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellAudio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
